Ohio Governor Directs Pause on New Data Center Sales, Use Tax Exemptions

The Ohio Governor has directed the Ohio Tax Credit Authority to pause consideration of new data center sales and use tax exemption requests while the Ohio General Assembly’s Joint Data Center Committee studies the impact of rapid data center growth in the state.
