Ohio Tax Department Announces New Online Notice Response Service Feature

The Ohio Department of Taxation Sept. 10 announced a new feature, Online Notice Response Service, which is now available for individual income, school district income, and excise tax purposes. The new service allows taxpayers and tax practitioners to: 1) electronically respond to notices issued by the department; 2) electronically reply to the department’s request for additional information; and 3) file appeals or submit eligible forms electronically.
