Ohio Tax Department Announces Online Availability of 2020 Individual Income, School District Income Tax Forms

The Ohio Department of Taxation Dec. 31, 2020 announced that tax year 2020 individual income and school district income tax forms and instructions are available on its website. The department also provides information on: 1) completing withholding schedules; 2) the inclusion of Ohio Form IT/SD Waiver with paper tax returns when a taxpayer is unwilling or unable to file electronically; and 3) filing Form IT 10 in lieu of Ohio Form IT 1040, when a taxpayers doesn’t have income tax liability and isn’t requesting a refund.
