Ohio Tax Department Releases 2022 Ohio SD 100, School District Income Tax Return

The Ohio Department of Taxation Sept. 1 released form 2022 Ohio SD 100, School District Income Tax Return, along with instructions, for individual income tax purposes. The instructions include that: 1) taxpayers shall include the Ohio Universal Payment Coupon with their Ohio school district income tax payment; 2) taxpayers shall include the tax year “SD 100,” the last four digits of their Social Security number, and the school district number on the “Memo” line of their payment; 3) taxpayers shall not send cash; 4) taxpayers shall not use the coupon to make a payment for an individual income tax return; ...
