The Oklahoma Governor signed a law amending the state’s Parental Choice Tax Credit Act. The law includes: 1) defining “accrediting association” for private schools; 2) setting annual credit limits for specific provisions; and 3) requiring removal of certain tax credit recipient information from a public list.
