Oklahoma Governor Signs Law Concerning Oklahoma Corporation Commission

The Oklahoma Governor April 18 signed a law concerning Oklahoma corporation commission for excise, and sales and use tax purposes. The law includes measures: 1) updating statutory references to and within the Oklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank Consolidation Act; and 2) providing that any person who owns any measuring device who refuses to admit employees of the commission upon their premises as necessary to perform their duties is guilty of a misdemeanor.
