Oklahoma Reduces Individual Income Tax Rates

The Oklahoma Governor signed a law reducing the top marginal personal income tax rate and restructuring the income tax brackets. The law includes new lower individual income tax rates ranging from 0.25 percent to 4.75 percent for tax years 2024 and 2025, and even lower rates ranging from zero percent to 4.5 percent for tax years 2026 and subsequent.
