The Oklahoma Tax Commission permanently adopted a final regulation amending the income eligibility ceiling of an additional homestead property tax exemption. The regulation was amended to reflect a law that increases the income eligibility ceiling for additional homestead exemption qualification to gross household income not to exceed $30,000.
