Oklahoma Tax Commission Adopts Amendments to Rules Governing Motor Fuel Tax

The Oklahoma Tax Commission adopted amendments to motor fuel tax regulations. The amended regulation adds a motor fuel tax exemption for ambulance districts pursuant to the changes passed in HB 3031 (2024). The adopted rule is effective July 15. [Okla.
