Oklahoma Tax Commission Amends Excise Tax Regulations on Gross Production Tax

The Oklahoma Tax Commission Aug. 16 amended excise tax regulations on gross production taxes. The rule includes measures: 1) clarifying documentation requirements to verify a claim for marketing cost deductions; 2) making technical corrections for policy, improved readability, scrivener’s error corrections, and the removal of obsolete language; and 3) updating citations, contact information, and internal cross-references.
