Oklahoma Tax Commission Announces Local Sales and Use Tax Rate Changes Effective Jan. 1, 2022

The Oklahoma Tax Commission Oct. 1 announced updated local sales and use tax rates, effective Jan. 1, 2022. The announcement provides: 1) an increased sales and use tax rate of 4 percent for Coweta; and 2) a new use tax of 3.5 percent for Fort Towson.
