The distribution primarily represents local tax receipts from April business, and new sales and use tax rates for eight municipalities will take effect in July 2026, with Carmen and South Coffeyville implementing a 3.5 percent rate, Cleora introducing a new 2 percent use tax, Coalgate at 4 percent, Hominy and Olustee at 3 percent, Red Oak at 3.75 percent, and Valley Brook at 4.5 percent.
