The Oklahoma Tax Commission issued a letter ruling regarding the income tax credit, under the Aerospace Development Act, for employees in the aerospace sector. The taxpayer claimed the credit for three tax years. The taxpayer requested a ruling from the Tax Commissiong seeking clarification as to whether they were eligible to claim the tax credit for 2025 and 2026 tax years.
