Oklahoma Tax Commission Issues Revised FAQs on Withholding Forms W-2, W-3 Filing Information

The Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) Jan. 1 issued revised frequently asked questions on withholding forms W-2 and W-3 filing information for individual income and corporate income tax purposes. The OTC provided information including: 1) the recommended use of Internet Explorer 11 browser for uploading documents on the OkTAP application; 2) the due date for the W-2 and W-3, which is Jan. 31 for the tax year 2019; 3) taxpayers can use the W-2 correction program in the W2/1099/500B filing center for submitting corrected forms but must use the same OkTap login as they used to enter the original W-2; 4) ...
