Oklahoma Tax Commission Publishes Revised Sales and Use, Lodging Tax Rates Effective April 1 (1 of 2)

The Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) March 28 published updated sales and use and lodging tax rates and codes, effective April 1. The previous lodging excise tax rate for McCurtain County has been invalidated and changed to 3 percent. The OTC also imposed a new sales and use tax rate of 4 percent for Tullahassee.
