The Oklahoma Tax Commission June 13 published updated sales and use and lodging tax rates and codes, effective July through September. A new sales and use tax rate of 3 percent has been imposed for Hochatown. The publication includes: 1) sales tax increases to 4 percent from 3 percent for Cado, to 5 percent from 3 percent for Cleo Springs, to 3.75 percent from 3 percent for Hinton, to 6 percent from 5 percent for Watonga, and to 1.7 percent from 1.4 percent for Delaware County; 2) a sales tax decrease to 0.75 percent from 1.75 percent for Latimer County; ...
