Oklahoma Tax Commission Publishes Sales and Use, Lodging Tax Rates for Fourth Quarter

The Oklahoma Tax Commission Nov. 1 published updated rates and codes for sales and use and lodging excise taxes for various cities and counties, effective October through December. The publication includes: 1) the sales tax rate of Kiowa County has increased to 1.5 percent from 0.5 percent, effective Oct. 1; 2) the sales tax rate of Rogers County has decreased to 1.5 percent from 1.833 percent, effective Oct. 1; 3) the sales tax rate of Chickasha has increased to 4.25 percent from 3.75 percent, effective Jan. 1, 2024; 4) the sales tax rate of Wewoka has increased to 5.25 percent ...
