O’Melveny Taps Barstow as Health-Care, Investigations Partner

Kevin Barstow joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in its health-care practice group and on its congressional investigations team in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.

Barstow represents and advises multinational and domestic companies, boards of directors, officers, and investors in navigating high-stakes government and congressional investigations, particularly in the health-care sector, the firm said.

He joins from the White House, where he was senior counsel and special assistant to the president.
