The Oregon Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted amendments to rules regarding domestic partners for income tax purposes. The adopted rule deletes historical provisions and removes the requirement that domestic partners be members of the same sex. The rule went into effect May 1, 2025. [Or. Dep’t of Revenue, Reg.
