Oregon DOR Issues Instructions for 2021 Form OR-W-4, Oregon Withholding

The Oregon Department of Revenue Oct. 8 issued the instructions for 2021 Form OR-W-4, Oregon Withholding, for corporate income and individual income tax purposes. The instructions include line-by-line guidance, as well as worksheets A, B, and C. The instructions explain: 1) what taxpayers must complete the form; 2) what information is necessary to complete the form; 3) how to determine the withholding amount; and 4) the possible $500 penalty for filing an erroneous withholding statement.
