Oregon DOR Issues Schedule OR-529 Instructions for College Savings Plan Direct Deposit, Account Creation Election

The Oregon Department of Revenue (DOR) Aug. 24, 2020 issued instructions concerning Schedule OR-529 for Oregon College Savings Plan direct deposit and account creation election for individual income tax filers. The Schedule OR-529 can be used to deposit an Oregon individual income tax refund into a pre-existing Oregon College Savings Plan or MFS 529 Savings Plan account and to create an Oregon College Savings Plan account.
