The Oregon Department of Revenue Dec. 31, 2019 published numeric codes required for claiming or reporting state adjustments, additions, subtractions, modifications, and credits on Schedule OR-ASC and OR-ASC-NP. The codes are effective for tax year 2019. If taxpayers have multiple items with the same code, other than a credit paid to another state, they must add them together and enter the total as a single item. Taxpayers should include the schedules when they file individual income tax forms OR-40, OR-40-N, or OR-40-P. [Or.
