The Oregon Department of Revenue (DOR) Oct. 15 released a revised 2020 Form OR-20-INS, Oregon Insurance Excise Tax Return, and instructions for excise tax purposes. Taxpayers shouldn’t include a payment voucher with their return. Taxpayers should include Oregon schedules and file with the DOR. The instructions include: 1) purpose of the form; 2) estimated tax payment due dates; 3) information on filing requirements, exemptions, and amended returns; 4) a filing checklist and reminders; and 5) form and line instructions, including calculation of income, credits, and offsets.
