Oregon DOR Releases Annual Statewide Transit Tax Withholding Return Form OR-STT-A

The Oregon Department of Revenue Jan. 1 released the revised annual statewide transit tax withholding return Form OR-STT-A for corporate income, individual income, and excise tax purposes. The instructions for completing the form: 1) specify that employers who file an agricultural annual withholding tax return to report withholding of employees’ income taxes must do the same for statewide transit taxes; 2) direct taxpayers to not use the agricultural annual withholding return to report statewide transit taxes; 3) explain the procedure for amending data on the annual statewide transit tax return; 4) provide guidance for completing the transit tax return form; ...
