The Oregon Department of Revenue Oct. 15 released Form OR-20-S, S Corporation Tax Return, with instructions for corporate income tax purposes. The form is used to calculate and report the corporate excise or income tax liability of a business entity taxable as an S corporation doing business in Oregon or with Oregon sources of income. The instructions include information on: 1) e-filing; 2) short line railroad rehabilitation tax credit; and 3) estimated tax payment due dates and options.
