Oregon DOR Releases Individual Income Tax Form OR-19-AF, State Affidavit for Nonresident PTE Owners

The Oregon Department of Revenue Aug. 25, 2022 released Form OR-19-AF, State Affidavit, for a nonresident owner of a pass-through entity (PTE). The individual income tax form includes fields for information about the nonresident owner and the PTE. The form must be resubmitted if the PTE information entered in the form changes or if the taxpayer’s ownership percentage changes by 10 percent or more.
