Oregon DOR Releases Publication OR-40-EXT, Instructions for Automatic Individual Income Tax Return Filing Extension

The Oregon Department of Revenue Dec. 1 released the revised 2018 Publication OR-40-EXT form containing the instructions for an automatic extension of time to file an individual income tax return, a tax payment worksheet, and the individual income tax payment voucher Form OR-40-V.
