Oregon Requires Tax Compliance Certificates for Certain State Contractors

The Oregon Governor signed a law that includes requiring state contractors and their owners to obtain a certificate of tax compliance from the Department of Revenue for contracts over $250,000. The law takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die. [H.B. 4016, enacted 04/07/26]
