Partnership Denied Easement Reluctantly Given More Review Time

A partnership that unsuccessfully tried to claim a conservation easement will get another chance to review a proposed Tax Court decision in the case following a prior ruling that its land is worth far less than it claimed.

Judge Albert G. Lauber granted Ranch Springs LLC’s motion for an extension of time “for the members of the Petitioner to review and approve the computations/draft decision document,” which added that there are motions to stay in related cases that the partnership wants to assess.
