The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Jan. 26 affirmed a trial court’s denial of Taxpayer’s petition to set aside a property tax sale. York County’s tax claim bureau mailed a notice of tax claim for delinquent taxes for the property. The notice was returned unsigned. Notice was not posted. Subsequently, the bureau exposed the property to a tax sale and mailed notice of the tax sale. The notice was returned unsigned.
