Pennsylvania DOR Publishes 2021 Withholding Tax Filing, Remittance Due Dates

The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (DOR) Nov. 1 published 2021 withholding tax filing and remittance due dates for employers, Form W-2, and Form 1099 for individual income and corporate income tax purposes. The REV-1667, Annual Withholding Reconciliation Statement, along with the accompanying individual W-2 or 1099 tax statements, must be submitted to the DOR by Jan. 31, 2022. Taxpayers must file returns, even if taxable transactions don’t occur in a period. Taxpayers can file and remit payments using: 1) e-TIDES; 2) TeleFile; or 3) third-party vendors. [Pa.
