The Pennsylvania Governor July 17 signed a law amending the liquor code to create a ready-to-drink cocktail permit requirement for restaurants, hotels, distributors, and distributor license holders. The law defines ready-to-drink cocktails, establishes permit fees, allows direct sales from certain manufacturers, and restricts sales by non-permit holders. The law takes effect in 60 days.
