Pennsylvania: Philadelphia DOR Releases 2023 Net Profits Tax Form, Worksheets, Instructions

The Philadelphia Department of Revenue (DOR) Jan. 2 released the 2023 City of Philadelphia Net Profits Tax form, with worksheets and instructions, for individual income tax purposes. A nonresident individual, partnership, association, or other unincorporated entity conducting or carrying out any business, profession, trade, enterprise, or other activity, is required to pay the net profits tax on the entire net profits of the business if all activity is conducted within the city, even without an office or business location in the city.
