Pennsylvania Tax Agency Opposes SALT Workaround, Appeals Revamp

The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue opposed several tax bills that advanced to the state Senate floor Wednesday, including one creating a workaround to the federal cap on state and local tax deductions and another overhauling the tax appeal process.
