Rhode Island DOT Releases 2019 Form RI-1040NR, Nonresident Individual Income Tax Return, Instructions, Schedules

The Rhode Island Division of Taxation (DOT) Jan. 7 released nonresident individual income tax forms for tax year 2019. The DOT released: 1) Form 2019 RI-1040NR, Nonresident Individual Income Tax Return, and instructions; 2) Form 2019 RI Schedule II, Full Year Nonresident Tax Calculation; 3) Form 2019 RI Schedule III, Part-Year Resident Tax Calculation; and 4) Form RI-1040 or RI-1040NR, Supplement to Individual Income Tax Return.
