The Rhode Island Division of Taxation (DOT) June 1 released Form LIT-REN, Litter Permit Application for 2021, for sales and use and excise tax purposes. The form provided a formula and table to calculate a taxpayer’s gross receipts and vending machine fees. The form must be returned with remittance by Aug. 1 to the DOT. [R.I.
