Rhode Island Tax Div. Releases Draft of 2021 Form RI-1096V, Pass-Through Withholding Return Payment

The Rhode Island Division of Taxation (Tax Div.) Sept. 20 released a draft of 2021 Form RI-1096V, Pass-Through Withholding Return Payment, for individual income and trust income tax purposes. It is a voucher that taxpayers can send with their payment of any balance due on Form RI-1096PT, Pass-Through Withholding Return and Transmittal. Using Form RI1096V allows the processing of taxpayers’ payments more accurately and efficiently.
