Rocket Lab Sued by Investor After Neutron Launch Delay Claim

Rocket Lab USA Inc. misled investors about the testing timeline for its reusable, medium-capacity launch vehicle before one of its biggest stock selloffs of the quarter, a proposed class action said.

Share prices fell 9.8% after a short seller accused the company of deceiving shareholders Feb. 25, said the stockholder complaint filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California Thursday. It was the stock’s worst session in more than six weeks, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
