The Saint Lucian Inland Revenue Department Oct. 1 posted online the October 2025 tax calendar. The calendar includes deadlines of: 1) Oct. 15, to pay September 2025 withholding tax, contract tax, pay-as-you-earn (PAYE), insurance premium tax, and travel tax; and 2) Oct. 21, to pay September 2025 VAT. The calendar also provides that deadlines falling on a weekend or holiday are due on the next business day, and that penalties and interest apply for failing to pay on or before the applicable deadline.
