South Carolina DOR Releases Form SC 1120S, S Corporation Income Tax Return

The South Carolina Department of Revenue Aug. 27, 2020 released Form SC 1120S, S Corporation Income Tax Return, for individual income tax purposes. The return is due by the 15th day of the third month following the close of the taxable year. The form consists of several schedules and requires only multi-state corporations to complete Schedules E, F, G, and H. [S.C.
