The South Carolina Governor signed a law that conforms various statutes to a law restructuring the former Department of Health and Environmental Control into the Department of Public Health and the Department of Environmental Services. The law conforms statutes including the income tax credits for construction, installation or restoration of water impoundments and water control structures. The law took effect on May 15.
