The Swiss Official Gazette March 31 published Federal Decree No. FF 2026 806, approving the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) Information Returns (GIR MCAA). The decree includes measures authorizing the Federal Council to: 1) ratify the GIR MCAA; and 2) select which partner jurisdictions to add to the specified lists regarding the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) under the agreement.
