The Tennessee Department of Revenue (DOR) April 1 issued a local sales and use tax change for the City of Hendersonville. The local sales tax rate increases to 2.75 percent, effective June 1. The new rate will apply to all taxable sales of tangible personal property made after June 1. The local consumer use tax rate also increases to 2.75 percent. [Tenn.
