Tennessee DOR Publishes Revised County, City Sales and Use Tax Rates

Nov. 2, 2020, 5:00 AM UTC

The Tennessee Department of Revenue Nov. 1 published a revised list of local sales and use tax rates. The list provides county and city local tax rates, with the revised 2.75 percent rate for Polk County and the cities of Rossville, Copperhill, and Ducktown. The rates took effect Nov. 1 except Rossville, which took effect Oct. 1. Multiple listings of a city indicate that the city is located in more than one county. [Tenn.
