Tennessee Enacts Law Extending County Metropolitan Government Hotel Occupancy Tax

The Tennessee Governor signed a law concerning the hotel occupancy tax. The law includes extending to May 21, 2026, the hotel occupancy tax that the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County may impose in excess of $2.00. The law took effect on April 3. [S.B. 734, enacted 04/03/25]
