Texas Authorizes Certain Burial Property Tax Exemptions Without Application

The Texas Governor signed a law concerning exempting certain property used for human burial from property taxes. The law includes authorizing the chief appraiser of an appraisal district to grant a property tax exemption where an application was not made, under certain circumstances.
