Texas Comptroller Adopts Amendments to Franchise Tax Regulation

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts adopted amendments to the franchise tax regulation. The regulation implements various legislative changes from 2011 to 2023, revises the interpretation of conformity to the Internal Revenue Code, and provides guidance on computing total revenue and allowable exclusions.
