The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts adopted new property tax regulations concerning the registry of arbitrators. The new sections update the procedures concerning the Comptroller’s registry of arbitrators for regular binding arbitration to appeal values determined by local appraisal review boards, and limited binding arbitration for certain alleged procedural violations during the local protest process.
