Texas Comptroller Adopts Property Tax Regulations Concerning Arbitration of Appraisal Review Board Determinations

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts adopted new property tax arbitration regulations. The new sections update the procedures concerning regular binding arbitration to appeal values determined by local appraisal review boards. The regulations take effect April 16. [Tex.
