The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts adopted amendments to regulations on the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) program. The amendments remove race, ethnicity and sex-based classifications from HUB eligibility criteria and program implementation, focusing the program on service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
